Although wagon warranties are not transferable, we understand that you may receive a new wagon as a gift. To file a warranty claim, we require the original proof of purchase and images or video of the issue you are experiencing.
If you were given a wagon as a gift, you still need to provide proof of purchase to file a claim. If your wagon was registered with your proof of purchase from the original buyer, please inform us & share the email it was registered under. You can register your wagon at our Product Registration page on the Keenz Stroller Wagons website.
If your wagon has not yet been registered, please attach the proof of purchase to your warranty claim. You can file a warranty claim by using our Contact form and selecting the "Keenz Warranty Claim" category.
